A CONSTRUCTION PERMIT is a document issued by the city council and must be obtained before any reform project or work is carried out in the municipality of Cordoba.

After paying the corresponding taxes, this documentation must be presented at the URBAN PLANNING MANAGEMENT OFFICE for approval by MUNICIPAL STAFF.

Once approved, we will obtain the construction permit. OPENING PERMITS are obtained using the same procedure as for CONSTRUCTION PERMITS when the project in question involves work on public establishments.

Municipal taxes on construction permits in both cases represent approximately 5% of the total cost of the project. This amount must be specified in the financial items section of the technical specifications document.
