WHAT IS A PROJECT?

In order to carry out a building or reform project, certain municipal regulations must be complied with and an obligatory CONSTRUCTION PERMIT must be obtained.

In the case of MAJOR WORKS (see previous section on PERMITS), a technical specifications document must be prepared describing the purpose of the building work and providing justification of its suitability, compliance with regulations applicable to all works and installations, presenting a works calendar, a safety plan, an economic study and layouts.  Before any taxes are paid, this documentation must be presented for approval by municipal staff at the URBAN PLANNING MANAGEMENT OFFICE. Once the documentation has been approved, we will obtain the corresponding construction permit.
